Beschreibung
Aufgaben:- Responsible to ensure a smooth running system and software development process, method and tool-chain
- Supports PM, R&D PTM and SW Project Manager to identify gaps and inefficiencies
- Facilitate the project development method, tool-chain and process with the departments and teams
- Requirements management and exchange with customer
- Lead Process Improvement Action Plan to reach maturity goals in project
- Coach rest of project team on process excellence mindset, policy & practices
- Carry out root cause analysis for SysSw Q claims/issues (collected from all kinds of "assessments" and reviews)
- Share best practice and LLC (SMART, GEEDS, PWGs)
- Managing and control reviews in cooperation with SYS&SW Q (SYS&SW reviews, GEDS/RAISE TRs / DRs, SPICE/GAMA assessments (internal and externeal)
- Manage tailoring and destandardization requests from project to PL
- Support PM & R&D-PTM & SW PM to manage priority and process maturity tasks vs. milestone
Qualifikationen:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Science or Mathematics or similar
- Experience in Quality and in the Software Quality Assurance / Software Development field
- Experience with the software development process, systems engineering methodologies, and test techniques
- Experience in training or mentoring peers in engineering methodologies
- Experience in embedded SW/SY development (automotive experience is a plus)
- Skilled in the Software Development Lifecycle (V-Cycle, Agile), International standards (ISO TS 16949/ISO 14000/OHSAS) and Automotive SPICE / CMMI
- Experience in internal SW process and product Auditing
- Fluent in English and German
