Programming the BADIs for data exchange SF EC to SAP HCM for updating the data for PA and OM (motion data)
Experience with HCM Event Management (SAP/VM) (desirable)
Experience with the conversion to decoupled infotype framework in SAP HCM
Conception and structure of a delta interface from SAP HCM to SF EC
Programming Data Exchange SAP HCM to SF EC for updating the cost centers (master data)
Set up the batch jobs for regular synchronization of the interfaces
Test, troubleshoot and consolidate interfaces Conception and setup of an initial data load from SAP HCM in SuccessFactors EmployeeCentral
Concept for initial loading of SF EC
Programming of one or more reports for outputting the motion data (PA and OM)
Filling SF EC standard templates for data loading
Coordination of data loading
