ServiceNow Developer - Germany
I am currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer with at least 2 years development experience in ServiceNow. The right candidate would ideally have experience with CMDB and Discovery experience but applicants without this experience are welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities:
*Design and implement solutions to deliver the standards, principles and policies defined in the Configuration Management process
*Design and implement solutions to deliver any modifications to the Global ITIL processes
*Design the implement solutions to deliver integrations to 3rd party tools or to Cloud Service Providers by adhering to best practice and recommended guidelines set-forth.
*Initiate and maintain contacts with the necessary groups to coordinate the establishment, control and verification of CMDB according to the process.
*Review requirements and provide solutions that meet both the technical and business needs
*Configure the platform based on modifying or adding new functionality as per the business need.
*Development of the platform configuration and/or process from the stakeholders' future needs
*Enhancing current or adding new functionality to the platform by developing and implementing solutions that have a user-centric focus
Key Requirements:
*Experience with ServiceNow, ServiceNow Discovery tools, CMDB, ServiceWatch, ITIL & general ITSM
*Experience with using Cloud Service Providers, such as AWS and Azure
*Thorough knowledge of the Configuration Management process
*Experience with integration using web-hooks and API's
*Knowledge of relevant SLA and contracts related to the management, quality and reporting of information related to the CMDB
*Knowledge of CMDB audits
*Strong Front End experience developing with HTML, AngularJS and Bootstrap
*Service Portal experience
