We search for our Client in Stuttgart a Cybersecurity Project Manager WAF/PAM (m/w).
The role is designed to support the global Company Cybersecurity Programme regarding
• Web Application Firewall (firewall designed specifically to protect web applications, e.g. a web shop, tool: cloud-based solution hosted by Imperva Incapsula) and
• Privileged Access Management (service to securely manage access of privileged user accounts in an automated fashion, tool: Cyberark, on premise).
Key task is the execution, support and facilitation of all WAF / PAM processes incl. planning, implementation, application on-boarding, operational handover and ongoing alignment with various stakeholders.
Aufgaben:
• Update and review prepared project schedule (MS Project 2013) and continue to execute WAF / PAM projects in line with the defined milestones
• WAF: Detailed planning and implementation of application on-boarding as well as ensuring the operational handover (considering e.g. locally specific legal clarifications)
• PAM: Implementation preparation and solution design, testing, rollout and preparation of key contents for training material
• Professional project management incl. monthly and bi-weekly status reporting, milestone tracking, project charter etc.
• Alignment and continuous communication with stakeholders of sometimes deviating interests (13 involved Business Units and various global departments)
• Define Operating models
Skills:
• Professional experience in IT Security / Cybersecurity and related areas, including IT Governance, IT Compliance, IT Risk Management or IT Assurance
• Knowledge of IT Security tools, especially WAF / PAM
• Familiar in IT project management and the security requirements of complex IT landscapes
• Precise, detail-oriented working style with high quality of deliverables
• Assertive personality and able to work under pressure as well as result-oriented
• Ability to communicate and collaborate in an international team
• Understanding cultural differences and considering the “human factor”
• High flexibility and willingness to travel, if required
• High proficiency in spoken and written English, preferably German as well
