Designing of Test Scenarios and creation of testing artefacts such as Test Plans and Test Execution Reports
Detailed manual testing of new functionality & regression testing of existing functionality. This includes testing of the Graphical User Interface, testing of batch processes and resulting outputs/artefacts.
Using the logs, databases etc., perform comprehensive analysis of any error and assist in working out the issue prior to recording them in ALM.
Working closely with developers to resolve issues and assist with Unit Testing, during the development life cycle.
Collaborate and contribute to the definition of automated testing scenarios
Working with our business counterparts to attach robust acceptance tests.
Identify test conditions from project documentation and develop test cases which provide full coverage.
Assist key business end-users in user acceptance testing and demo
Assist other QA members and business departments in functional testing
Work with automation specialists to continuously improve the automation setup.
