Anforderungen:
Service Management Services Infrastructure or Business process Architect. This speciality includes skills required to architect and deploy steady state solutions.
Key Skills: IT Architect with wide ranging and experience in different roles such as technical architect, Systems Management Consultant, IT Architect, or SW Development Engineer
Must - Have:
- complex Order Management systems Complex e2e Operation Management support on all levels
- Order Management , Ticketting, Monitoring of operation, fullfilment & operations, consumption, invoicing.
- knowledge of HP Service Desk operation, integration concepts and paradigms.
- Architectural Skill in Service Mgmt Tooling and gained knowledge of existing tool landscape to drive Order Mgmt consolidation
