Beschreibung

L3 REMOTE Desktop Support guru needed to own the troubleshooting of Outlook, lync and MS Office issues.

Supporting remotely with mandatory English and German language your key skills will be stretched by troubleshooting of Enterprise Vault and application installation on local and virtual Machines.

All in all:

Troubleshooting of internal application, Web based and Profile issues remotely hardware troubleshooting of Desktops,Laptops and other devices - Software troubleshooting (VDI, Thin Client, Dell PC Blade and Laptop Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot local PC Blade infrastructure remotely Installation of software¹s based on end user request thru deployment tool OS deployment thru deployment tool in case OS issue

  • Perform password reset and user account unlocks in business application as per agreed SLAs
  • Diagnosis of technical support issues and diagnosis of issues for escalation
  • Mapping the network share folders if any access issue reported by end user Coordinate with onsite team if any Assistance needed
  • Install test environments to reproduce the reported failure
  • Establish interconnection to additional involved |services (eg, Network, Messaging, Proxy, Firewall, AD)
  • Establish Task Forces for complex malfunctions
  • Open support calls to vendors if no solution can be found due to missing detailed knowledge (based on maintenance contracts in place for each product)
  • Decide if a bug fix or a new version needs to be deployed
  • Participate in the daily business of IT projects (if required)
  • Analyze issues/requests and assigns to L3 onsite team for further support
  • Perform password reset and user account unlocks in business application as per agreed SLAs
  • Effectively communicates with other team members, 3rd Level technical teams, end-users to reach SLAs
  • Telco Providing support for IPhone configuration, unlocking the phone and pushing the update
  • Providing support for Cisco Phones configuration and checking the connectivity issues
  • Managing the hardware inventory for IPhone and Cisco |phones
  • Deploying the new version of IOS to IPhone based on change request
  • Perform password reset and user account unlocks in Iphone/Ipad
