I am currently looking for a German speaking Server support for a long term contract based in Munich, Germany
The German speaking Server support will be Responsible for the following:
- Support and Monitoring
- Test support for change and projects
- Incident Management (ITIL)
- Change Management
- 2nd and 3rd level support
- Problem Analysis and solving
- Performance- and Capacity Management of Systems
- Incident- and Problem handling as well as organization and implementation of technical changes
- Contribution to projects covering implementation of new Application Systems
- Integration of Application Systems into high-availability solutions
- Production assurance, integration of Application Systems into central Monitoring- and Security services
