Desktop Support Engineer / Software PackagerOur client, a global leading consultancy company focusing on Management, IT Consulting, Technology Services and Outsourcing company, is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer / Software Packager to join their business in Germany.
Position Title: Desktop Support Engineer / Software Packager

Responsibilities:
- Application Packaging support.
- Analysis and evaluation of user / customer requirements in cooperation and cooperation with external users / customers.
- Creation of MSI software packages.
- Documentation of configuration and applied coding solutions.
- Application advice during The Acceptance and Integration tests.
- Problem solving and analysis via remote connection and application and / or via telephone.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge with MSI (Windows Installer); Setup-installer (setup technique).
- Knowledge in Office (for documentary purposes), image processing (ScreenShots postprocessing) and Visio.
- Knowledge with Windows operating system Win7, Win8 and Win10.
- Ability to program in VBS, Powershell (VisualBasic, Powershell).
- Knowledge in software packaging / scripting.
- Knowledge of software deployment (Deployment).
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, German.
- Analytical Thinking, Customer Focus, Work Management, Teamworking.
