Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Endkunden suchen wir:
Aufgaben:
• Interim Configuration Manager who makes sure that the information of all customer applications, such as documentation, software and service assets, including information relating to those assets, their interfaces and infrastructure hosting those applications are properly recorded and managed in the Configuration Management Database in close alignment with the so-called Lines of Business (LoB) areas.
• This particular Configuration Manager is accountable as the overall process lead for the configuration management process across whole Uniper for identification, classification and specification of all configuration items (CIs) and the interfaces to other processes and data.
• He/She will make sure that the responsible areas within the various Lines of Businesses (LoBs) will store CI information in the CMDB, and in collaboration with CI Owner to make sure that all information related to CI including service relationships, versions, changes in CIs is correct and up-to-date.
Skills:
• Excellent configuration manager with proven track record in an enterprise IT environment, solid knowledge of Service Management / ITIL / SIAM preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation and solid planning and coordination skills, pro-active
• English, German beneficial
Laufzeit: 01.06.2017 – 31.08.2017(+ Option auf Verlängerung)
Volumen: 504 Std. Onsite
Einsatzort: Düsseldorf, occasional travel might be required to various customer locations
