Working for one of the biggest names in the world of Linux! My client urgently requires a German speaking OpenShift Architect.
You will be working on an major project for my client and they require some additional support for their platform team.
This project includes the set-up, provisioning and configuration of an eCommerce solution and the set-up and commissioning of an IT infrastructure platform for the private customer portal.
This project also includes the migration of existing products and customers and the project ends with the replacement of the old system.
The aim of the project is to have the technical prerequisites in place for the future development of products and the launching of market-ready products.
To help get this project moving, my client needs support from an experienced architect who has experience with Kubernetes in production on RHEL 7.3.
The work includes both technical implementation (focus) and documentation.
Project Tasks involve:
* Development of a microservice platform based on RHEL 7.3
* Recommendation of a suitable platform basis (Openshift, Atomic, or "direct" on RHEL)
* Technical design + Implementation of a staging process for the Kubernetes platform
* Technical design + Implementation of a distribution of the platform
* Integration and use of existing LDAP in the Kubernetes cluster
* Implementation monitoring infrastructure (Prometheus) for Kubernetes
* Conceptual integration of the Kubernetes platform in standard monitoring of the SCHUFA
* Implementation logging Infrastructure (Elastic Stack) redundant over 2 data centers
* Implementation cache (Redis) and messaging (Kafka) redundant via 2 data centers
* Backup/recovery possibly Conception for external connection of dedicated app services via DMZ
* Implementation of load balancing and DNS for connection interfaces to third parties -RZ over VP N
* Implementation SCHUFA internal integration's
