* Troubleshooting in DC environments
* Support of senior network experts in different engineering and operational tasks with high complexity
* Collaboration with cloud network and IT expert team and part of a global team

additional know-how: Required Skills:
* Comprehensive DC XaaS Network Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies
* Cisco routing, switching and FW knowledge
* CCIE level would be appreciated
* Strong customer focus
* High degree of communication skills
* Fluid English and German
