Our client in Essen is currently searching for a Freelance DevOps/CI Engineer for a 3 month rolling contract.
Your tasks
- Consultancy of projects within the Group for the implementation of DevOPS
- Participate in the implementation and development of DevOPS processes and tools to support continuous integration and continuous delivery in agile projects
- Work with DevOPS tools such as Git, Jenkins, SonarQube and JIRA
- Consulting Solution Architects in development projects
- Work in an agile development team
your profile
- Successfully completed computer science study or comparable training
- Experience in design and implementation of DevOps processes in agile software development projects and knowledge of common tools such as Git, Jenkins, SonarQube and JIRA
- Experience in the development of scripts in different languages
- Cloud infrastructure experience
- Experience in the administration of systems under Linux
- Knowledge of work in distributed environments, eg. Understanding of IP Networks, ports, IP protocols, and Firewall configuration
- Very good conceptual and analytical skills
- Openness to new issues and challenges
- Independent and self-responsible workmanship coupled with teamwork
- Good written and spoken English knowledge
