• Work with project management, vendors and IT staff to determine scope, timelines, resources, etc.
• Raise and monitor service requests (such as firewall changes)
• Develop implementation plans
• Conduct status meetings and report progress to management
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and problems
• Monitor and control status and report progressErforderliche Kenntnisse
• Already professional experience in this area
• General understanding on IT infrastructure such as networks and databases
• Can-do attitude, flexibility, adaptably, initiative and highly developed problem solving skills
• Very good German and English skills
• Nice-to-have knowledge in Insurance Industry, Oracle DB encryption and PEGA platformBewerben
