Operations Manager (IT)We are currently recruiting for our client, a worldwide, leading consultancy company focusing on Management, IT Consulting, Technology Services and Outsourcing, to support their project in Germany.

Responsibilities:
- Global responsibility for all Services / Service Lines of the Cluster.
- Ensure that agreed levels of service / resources committed are provided to the business.
- Track the Service line performance (KPI, Quality) and direct SLRs for course correction.
- Responsible for Cluster reporting to TechM and BBS higher management
- 1st level operational escalation point for BBS managers.
- Proactively manage service issues identified and/or escalated through ongoing tracking.
- Steering of Service Line Responsible (SLR).
- Sharing of the change in process to SLRs.
- Maintenance of SoW, ensuring to implement the standards as designed in the contract.
- Responsibility for correct Service Flow and PDC configuration & penalty avoidance
- Pre-Approval of Cluster invoices.
- Prepare management reports.
- Track and ensure that CO / resources effort are invoiced correctly.
- Recommend process / optimization on continuous improvement measures.
- Support Transition team to ensure smooth handover to the operational team.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 10+ years of experience, Bespoke application operation and transition.
- Good coordination skills and third party management capabilities.
- Good knowledge in ITIL and application lifecycle management.
- Experienced in handling multicultural / multilingual teams across globe
- Team Player as well as customer focused. Strong Communication Skills.
- Fluent in English and German.
