Technical Analyst CRMWe are currently recruiting for our client, a worldwide, leading consultancy company focusing on Management, IT Consulting, Technology Services and Outsourcing, to support their project in Germany.
Position Title: Technical Analyst CRM

Responsibilities:
- Moderation between Architects, Applications and Product Developers to find out a solution to best cover the requested demand scope (fulfil whole customer requirements).
- Responsible for requirements management and overall responsibility for deliverables during Analysis.
- Ensure, that Analysis phase will be completed within time.
- Identification of necessary applications and units for the Solution Design.
- Ensure – together with Architecture and Applications – E2E compatible solution is found based on the given requirements.
- Responsible for necessary Design Change requests and contact person for technical questions.
- Support user acceptance test on technical or functional concerns.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor´s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Strong IT skills with experience in the telecommunication sector.
- E2E understanding of relevant business area and business processes in the telecom domain.
- E2E understanding of IT environment and processes.
- Agile methodology experience (e.g. SCRUM); ADM in Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid Model.
- Good practical experience in technical design; Experience in CRM System design.
- SOA-Concepts, UI Design, Oracle DB, Version Control (e.g. Clearcase, Subversion, ...)
- German and English fluent in written and spoken.
