Stott and May have been engaged in a project for a consultancy client in Frankfurt. They are looking for 2nd/3rd Level Support with focus on Skype for Business professionals to join them on a contract basis, to start as soon as possible. You would be ultimately responsible for 2nd/3rd level support as well as troubleshooting in the Skype Environment, fault and problem management, consulting and training of users, and then the further development of system landscape - Exchange, OneDrive.
The requirements:
- Completed vocational training in the IT field as a specialist in computer science/system integration or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in the IT sector with Skype (Lync), OneDrive, Exchange
- MCSA: Office 365 Solution Associate Certification

- Very good knowledge of German
