Production Support Anlyst (Open Text Management System). One of my clients is urgently looking for a German speaking Production Support Anlyst (Open Text Management System) for a long term contract in Eschborn, Germany.
Production Support Anlyst will have:
- Good German fluent language spoken associate (Must have)
- Good knowledge on Open text management system (OTMS) and content management skills:
Smart-Pre
Smart- Edit
Server management modification
User/Profile modification and management
Workflow authorization packages
- Should be proactive in monitoring and highlighting challenges
- Previous experience in handling production support projects
- Strong communication and soft skills
- Problem solving and good analytical skills
Nice to have: Knowledge on Unix, SQL and HTML
