SOC Analyst
Do you have 2-3 years experience working within a SOC? Would you like the opportunity to work in a state of the art, global SOC for a global pharmaceutical organization?
Type: Contract - 3 Month rolling (Long term requirement!)
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Salary: To €595/day
A global pharmaceutical company that we partner with is currently seeking a SOC Analyst to join their team on a rolling contract basis. In this role you will be the first point of contact for all Cyber Security related incidents; this also involves continuous monitoring of SIEM tools for alerts and executing pre-analysis and triage of these events.
Responsibilities for the SOC Analyst will include (but not limited to):
Act as initial point of contact for Security events
Continuously monitor SIEM tools for alerts
Carry out pre-analysis, initial triage, ruling out of false positives and then escalation
Skills required for the SOC Analyst include (but are not limited to):
2-3 years experience working in a SOC
Good knowledge of a SIEM tool
Good knowledge of Networking, including the ability to understand event logs and system logs
