Further technical Skills (preferred)
• network know how (IP, Routing, Firewall, Proxy, DNS)
• Shared Services (FTP/SFTP/FTPS, SMTP, AD, LDAP (ideally IBM Security Server), Exchange)
• Operational Services (Monitoring (Hyperic, APM-Tools), Scheduling (Cronjobs, BetaSystems JSM (Beta48))
• Should be familiar with Mainframe- Interfaces (MQ, DB2, CICS, IMS)
• Cloud-Solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Visibroker Framework (CORBA)
• ITIL – service processes with focus on Request-, Incident-, Problem- and changemanagement
Abilities
• Consultancy of application development projects in regards to the technical design
• Optimizing of operational processes (both from a process and infrastructural perspective)
• Team player and strong ability to communicate (international)
• Creation of technical Dokumentation incl SLA-reporting
• Managing providers
• Technical project management for consolidation, optimization and migration projects
• Strong willingness to deliver a service – even on duty.
