Transmission Trail (Parameter) Planner -preferably German speaking
For one of our customers in Germany we are looking for an experienced transmission planner to join our team of experts and help delivering one of the most challenging and rewarding project in Western Europe
We are looking for a positive, focused and ambitions engineer who will be concentrating on:
- Creating and documenting the entire path for a Base-Station in x:akta (Troja Version)
- Creating and documenting the entire path for a NodeB/eNodeB, IP-Planning.
- Microwave-Swaps
- Microwave Links Deletion (after re-routing the current services).
- Synchronising the MW links according to the latest design.
- MW-Bandwidith Upgrades
- 2nd/3rd Carrierupgrades
- eNodeB Reparenting to another ePC
- Check the consistencies in the topology (Planned Routes in APT/Mapinfo).
- Assign execute and close the plannings after consistencies checks during the PrePAc closure.
- Support and replan in case of problems reported (used/wrong assigned resources/ports)
- Close planning UTS ticket and transfer it to next working group.
- Support in case of replanning required due to missing/wrong resources assigned.
Tools & Skills:
Any previous experience with Telefonica network planning will be helpful but not mandatory.
Main planning tools from Telefonica O2 network: x:akta, MapInfo, APT.
Ticketing system: UTS
Good MS Office skills (Excel in particular).
Organised, self-motivated and independent thinker.
