- Lead GW policy, claim conversion testing
- Support overall test management for the program
- Implement agile & automation methodologies
- Manage client expectations
- On-site offshore coordination
- Status reporting
- Hand on test management - review test design & execution
- Implement testing best practices
- Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
- Personal time management skills and ability to meet individual and team deadlines.
- Fluent bilingual German-English skill mandatory
