For our client in the telecommunication industry we are looking for a Solution Designer with IVR expertise
Start: April 2017
Duration: 3 month roll over

Location: Düsseldorf
Main Responsibilities
- Implementation of the IVR (interactive voice response), Reporting (Business/Financial) and
Revenue Assurance features
- Steer the suppliers and align with the clients project team
- Stakeholder management
Tasks
- Assure the correct and timely implementation of the IVR (interactive voice response), USSD GW
features
- Coordinate implementation of Reporting (Business/Financial) and Revenue Assurance
requirements
- Help suppliers to align and to implement their solutions into the clients network and
infrastructure
- Support in development of functional and technical specifications, designing system interfaces,
- Design, develop and test functionalities/requirements
- Focus to find simple, fast and cost efficient solutions, in particular by re-using existing
functionalities/tools to the maximum reasonable extent
- Regular alignment with the sub project manager, overall architecture team, suppliers and other
work streams
- Review solution design - and other documents timely and as scheduled.
- Support all stages, if applicable (Solution Design, Delivery, Testing, Deployment)
- Autonomous, pragmatic, pro-active and solution driven working style
- Follow the project processes and methodology as defined for the project.
Skills
- Strong technical knowledge about IVR (preferred Avaya), USSD GW (MAP, SS7
protocols)
- Preferred experience with area of prepaid business, and Online Charging system (OCS)
- Technical and business analysis methodology and know-how to write/review requirements and
solution designs for all mentioned topics
- Understanding of Business Reporting and Revenue Assurance requirements, knowledge of key
database concepts, data models, relationships between different types of data
