Principal Salesforce Architect | 12 Months | Mannheim | Salesforce, CRM, Cloud
Square One are on the lookout for an experienced Salesforce Architect for an initial year long project working with one of our major clients currently based out of Mannheim.
1. Determine requirements to design and architect solutions compliant with Business Requirement.
2. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the cloud CRM platform: Salesforce
3. Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with business objectives
4. Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the CRM/Salesforce platform
5. Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to COE
6. Evaluates completed projects for optimization and coordinate with team leads to update offerings for future iterations
7. Collaborate with CRM/Salesforce functional management team and with business users to refine scope and high level business requirements for major projects.
8. Ensure a prioritization process to assess projects that will deliver the most business value.
9. Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure that all initiatives conform to our architectural standards
10. Manage, advise and mentor the team of Solution/Technical Architects
11. Develop and monitor metrics to measure and improve the efficiency of the functional and technical team
12. Understanding of the marketplace of technology solutions that will best support the needs of the business, stays abreast of current trends
13. Problem Solving: High level of responsibility. Requires ability to assess process risks and assist in formulating mitigation plans. On key projects, the ability to take corrective action to bring projects back on track and the ability to evaluate alternatives and recommend best course of action will be key attributes needed.
14. Technical background a MUST (Lighting,Mobile Platforms,Heroku or other PAAS etc)
15. Deep knowledge of API/Web services/SOA concepts
16. Working knowledge of enterprise integration and third-party enterprise integration tools like Informatica, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi etc.
