Beschreibung

Task:
- Plans, organises and runs the project “AD Migration"

The project has two distinct phases:
- Until mid-2017: Detail design of the future, group-wide harmonised Active Directory; Planning of the subsequent migration
- Mid 2017 – end of 2018: Migrate according to the migration plan Defines the detailed concept of the future AD with a core team of multiple IT providers (CH, DE, AT, SE)

Plans the migration, runs the migration project, including:
- Elaborates the project mandate in coordination with the programme management
- Setup of an adequate project organisation, leads the project team
- Defines the work breakdown structure
- Plans the resources, coordinates with line management
- Ensures the delivery according plan
- Establishes a project specific quality assurance
- Assures the project documentation
- Regularly reports on progress and issues
- Identifies deviations and initiates or proposes corrective actions
- Evaluates and monitors opportunities and risks
- Coordinates the effort with enterprise architecture and the architecture boards

Requirements (Must have):
- Has a distinct focus on security
- Has significant knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Has executed successfully an AD migration
- Has executed a large IT project in an international context
- Operating System Microsoft Active Directory 2012 and 2016 / Windows 10 and Windows 7
- Fluent in german and english
