Ideal Requirements: SuccessFactors EC consultant - German Speaking - 6 months.
- Associate Must be Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central and experience as HCM Consultant If possible (ECC 6.0 EHP5)
- Should have 7 plus years of Expertise (Implementation and support experience) in SAP PAYROLL/HCM for United Kingdom, Canada and other countries and also should be expert in multiple modules of SuccessFactors.
- Analytical ability to investigate the Root cause for the functional issues and fix within the timeliness and meeting the SLA's.
- Extensively worked on Demo build request as per the client requirements in SuccessFactors and HCM providing solutions within the timeliness and meeting the SLA's.
- Extensively worked on ECC 6.0 Version, 4.7EE, SF employee Central, Onboarding, JAM, Learning Modules etc.
- Process payroll for UK, Germany, Canada and China countries
