We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a IT System Architect, to join their business in Germany.

Responsibilities:
- Participate and lead in Sales pursuits and design/develop IT Professional Services solutions to meet the client’s requirements.
- Participate and lead in Delivering IT Professional Services and design/develop solutions to meet the client’s requirements. Participate in and support the all aspects of the sales or delivery life cycle. including pre-sales solution development, bid management, contract negotiation, SLA/KPI developments, SOW creation, Due diligence, transition and operation solution development.
- Work closely with a team of professionals to provide support to new and existing DC customers, and work with customers to ensure their 100% success
- Architect, deploy and manage virtual infrastructure environments including server, storage and network
- Responsible for defining standard engineering designs, templates, processes, and procedures for implementing projects that follow existing company architectures.
- Responsible for VMware vSphere clusters, or Windows Hyper-V Infrastructure Operations.
- Analyzes system performance, modifying parameters to improve throughput and effectively utilize system resources. Monitors resource usage, making required adjustments.
- Under limited supervision, perform complex customer system assessments
- Interacts in a professional manner during the project engagement.
- Responsible for accurately estimating and planning activities within the domain to provide the necessary input into the project managers for developing an end to end plan under the direction of the manager or consultant.
- Is expected to have the technical knowledge and capability to handle all problems that may arise. Proactively puts procedures in place to prevent and reduce the severity of outages. Implements automation wherever possible.
- Coordinates activities with customer as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification
- Must has rich experiences on designing and delivering medium or big scale cloud solution(Public/private cloud), take the key role in these projects, has full picture of the whole delivery process
- Must be out of a large enterprise environment and have deep knowledge and experiences on cloud automation. This position is viewed as a technical expert that executes effectively on server infrastructure projects requiring specialized knowledge
- Must have deep knowledge and experiences on one or more virtualization platform such as HUAWEI Fusion Sphere or VMware vSphere or Windows Hyper-V.
- Strong understanding of P2V and V2V migration technology.
- Strong Understanding of Windows server or Linux (RHEL/SLES), understanding of both platforms is big plus.
- understanding of server platforms in a corporate infrastructure.
- understanding of server security practices and tools.
- Understanding of data communication protocols focusing on TCP/IP.
- Understanding of SAN technologies.
- Understanding of backup in virtualization environment
- Understanding of security policy in virtualization environment
- Obtain technical certifications around various server and storage solutions and virtualization is big plus
- Experience with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle Database is big plus
- Experiences with TCP/IP is plus
- Fluent English, German is big plus
