Responsibilities:
- Should Formulate and Implement Test strategy covering Functional , Integration, Regression and Security testing.
- Should be Functionally strong in Automotive Domain.
- Should be Expert on Test Management tool ALM.
- Define Test Strategy and Create Test Plan and provide effort estimates.
- Should have experience in Test Data Management.
- Effectively handle the Defect Management (Defect Triage Meetings, Defect Prevention meetings, Defect Status Reports).
- Effectively handle Change Requests.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 8-10+ years experience as Test Manager / Lead.
- Expert level of Standard Test methodologies, Processes and Best Practices including Agile Methodologies and Test Factory, etc.
- Understanding of different Test automation frameworks.
- Prior BMW Testing Process Exposure and Experience is desirable.
- Expert in German Language as project communication both written and verbal are in German.
- Should be certified ISTQB Advance level test manager.
