TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden in Köln suchen wir zum 01.04.2017 einen Data Privacy Officer (m/w) für die voraussichtliche Dauer von 9 Monaten.
MISSIONS :
In order of Priority
1. Data Privacy :
• Guarantee the internal compliancy with applicable regulations
• Implement customer policies on data privacy in accordance with security local laws.
• Assess the Data Privacy risks and mitigation measures in local/regional projects.
• Plans and directs privacy training and awareness programs.
• Provide assessment for the different projects and providers engagements
• Raise awareness within the entities/teams under scope
2. Interface with corporate governance bodies
• Build on a strong working relationship with the management of the compliance & governance function, guaranteeing the global needs of the organization. Build on the relation with the customer local governance bodies.
3. Compliance:
• Regulatory watch
• Guarantee the compliancy with local applicable regulations
• Implement and maintain the different processes assigned to compliance: Ethics, Anti-bribery, Sanctions, Conflicts of interest, Allegations8
• Review and follow up the compliance risks (evaluate the impact on the operational risks model of the entity)
• Raise awareness

PROFILE :
• A previous Data Privacy / Compliance experience (at least Master graduate or equivalent – Legal or IT Security).
• At least 6y of professional experience (preferable including contract negotiation).
Language Requirements :
• German and English very good
