I am currently looking for a German speaking L3 support (Microsoft Office/Office Service Components) for a long term contract based in Germany, Munich.

The L3 support (Microsoft Office) will be Responsibilities for the following:

  • Senior Microsoft Office applications and Office Service Components support
  • Technical support on UBIS Microsoft Office applications and Office Service Components areas as per existing setup.
  • L3 support for Microsoft Office applications and Office Service Components
  • Maintenance and update of Office applications for specific environment
  • Handling of PPM Tickets
  • Implementation of Security Fixes and Updates
  • Test management
  • Documentation
  • Support and Monitoring
  • Test support for change and projects

The L3 support (Microsoft Office) will ideally have the following skills and expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of current Microsoft Office services
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Implementation of Security Fixes and Updates
  • Providing support to L1 and L2 teams when support needed
  • Handling of PPM Tickets
  • Test management of Microsoft products
  • Maintenance and update of Office applications for specific environment
  • Proving L3 Support
  • Providing the solutions as per agreed SLA
  • Readiness for Action also outside the common working hours, in a shift concept.
  • Team-oriented and communicative working style, communicative working-style
  • Goal-oriented working-style
  • Strong appearance, also during escalations
  • Capability to understand and manage complex correlations
  • High level of autonomy and flexibility and good time management skills
  • Readiness to familiarize oneself quickly with a complex environment
  • Well-structured approach to problem solving

  • Germany competency required.
  • Incident Management (ITIL)

  • Incident- and Problem handling as well as organization and implementation of technical changes
  • Contribution to projects covering implementation of new Application Systems
  • Integration of Application Systems into high-availability solutions
  • Production assurance, integration of Application Systems into central Monitoring- and Security services
