IT SupportWe are currently recruiting for our client, a market leading technology company in the Automotive space, for an IT Support to join their business in the Germany.
Position Title: IT Support

In this role, the candidate will give second level support in our new office in Berlin. As Global IT has the permanent goal to deliver first class services at any given time, at any given place, we seek a candidate that lives that professional ethos.
Responsibilities:
- 2nd level Desktop and end user Support
- Application and System Support
- Windows Server Support and Maintenance
- Active Directory and Exchange tasks
- MS SQL
- Remote Desktop Services and Remote App’s
- Backup for 1st Level Support line
- Purchasing of Hardware and Software
- Support for other locations within Germany
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Systems
- Strong knowledge of Office 2010 and greater
- Mac Support Knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting skills from the client perspective
- Good Network knowledge (preferably in bigger environments)
- Customer facing, friendly and accommodating
