SAP Cloud Migration PM and Solution Architect SF EC
Whitehall Resources are currently recruiting for a SAP Cloud Migration PM and Solution Architect SF EC for our client in Walldorf, Germany.

Description/Tasks:
* Existing Employee Central (EC) instance with years of historical data to be replaced by totally different configuration with new data scope
* Replacement of employee historical data in productive employee central system with very diverse data for all employees
* Setting up of the SAP standard data migration tool for ERP HCM to EC migration based on API technology. Includes significant technical design, customizing and BADI coding work
* Technical design and creation of various programs to enable data migration in source system (ERP HCM) and do mandatory clean ups as pre-requisite of Go-live
Requirements:
* Minimum 8+ years SAP Experience as Program Manager and background as Solution Architect
* Strong knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors (SF) and Employee Central (EC)
* Strong knowledge in SAP HCM on premise especially in data structures and data migration
* Experience from SAP ERP HCM on premise to EC
* Proven track of successfully managing large enterprises SAP HCM ON Premise and SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central Project with Payroll integration for minimum 30 countries throughout all project life cycles
* Robust detailed understanding of the project content required that was gathered in large enterprise project Solution Architect roles
* Strong knowledge in SF Employee Central as well as SAP ERP HCM on premise especially in data structures and data migration experience from SAP ERP HCM on premise to EC
* Large enterprise project experience in SAP ERP HCM to SF EC Migration going through all project phases already in several successful implementation projects
