Questax is looking for freelancer / freelance consultants (m/f) for the following assignment / job / project:Techniker (m/w) für IT Workplace Management

Task description:
- Testing, packaging and releasing of new software by using the SCCM Package Guideline
- Troubleshooting of hardware (PCs, notebooks, printers)
- Troubleshooting software
- 2nd Level support in IT Workplace Management
- Documentation and recording in ticket system
Skills:
- Good experience in MS System center configuration manager
- Good experience in windows operating systems insights – especially:
- folder structures and permissions
- registry keys
- driver structures
- Windows task automation
- Excellent knowledge in scripting (Batch, Powershell, VB Script)
Good skills in the following areas:
- IT operating environment
- Software installation
- Hardware of end user devices
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
