Implementation Coordinator - Contract - 6 months - Frankfurt
- German speaker
- Experience of service coordination
- Experience in processing work orders in the TTWOS ticketing system
- Knowledge of the processes involved in setting up and integrating RAN and Transmission technology in the network configuration of large mobile operators
- Experience dealing with systems for network planning (Amdocs/Cramer)
A leading Telecommunications company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator to join their team for an initial 6 months basis.
You will be responsible for the operational control of the configuration and integration steps involved in the modernisation and expansion of mobile radio networks with a focus on base stations and transmission technology.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing and creating work orders in the ticketing system TTWOS
- Checking tickets for completeness and if necessary, clarification with internal or external customers
- Order processing and team-wide coordination of the work steps involved in the modernisation process, triggering sub-orders to internal and external teams
- Participating in the harmonisation process
