Your success is our goal.Tätigkeitbeschreibung• Update IT documentation and develop a roadmap to implement processes for documentation updates by defining update cycles and principles
• As-is analysis of existing documentation structure and content
• Design proposal for future documentation process and solution
• Development of a roadmap for entire documentation package project
• Design a phased implementation approach
• Update current documentation and work with System owners on updating information
• Apply quality assurance process (ITIL Release Management) to ensure future correctness and completeness of documentation
• Check and validate Server-ID’s, IPs, TUs, FW rules, access rights, privilegesErforderliche Kenntnisse
• Knowlegde in documentation and reporting
• ITIL Configuration Management skills
• Very good written skills in English and German
• Experience in Service Management & Operations and ADM (Application Development & Management)
• Experience in IT documentation and roadmap developing to implement processes for documentation updates by defining update cycles and principlesBewerben
