Main Responsibilities:
Overall responsible on site level for acquisition and co-location issues, including coordination between all internal departments and subcontractors in the site acquisition process.
Responsible for all site acquisition and site co-location issues in the region, follow up and ensure process is managed on time.
Ensuring all site permits, lease contracts are correctly handled and managed according to legislation and documented.
Ensure the candidate locations fulfil the radio planning and transmission requirements and appropriate on site information is delivered to the radio planner, transmission planner and also to deployment.
If needed site visits/inspections and coordination with radio planner to acquire the best candidate location for new sites.
Since this is a small unit the staff has to be flexible and prepared to overlap each other's work areas (deployment and transmission)
Requirements:
Experience 2G/3G/4G site acquisition, co-location coordination and deployment for at least 2-3 years
Good knowledge of network rollout and planning
Experience with Huawei/Ericsson projects and equipment
Experience with Vodafone Germany projects & familiar with Vodafone Planning processes is preferred
Common with VF Tools such as PPlus, TTWOS and Saperion
Overview knowledge of BnetzA and StoB
Key Skills: Permitting, Legal, Reals Estate Contract Management
Management skills, ability to think critically and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, clear and professional verbal and written skills
Management and Project Reporting, Work Flow Process definition skills
Flexibility in acquiring information and out of the box thinking.
Experience working in or with virtual teams is preferred (local, international)
German speaking is a must.
