Aufgaben:

Currently we are searching for a Construction Manager (m/w) in the field of Process-Mechanical.

Your tasks:
+ Review scope of contractors, follow up of contractors planning; understand process functionality
+ Review programming of SPS S5/ S7
+ Review programming of WinCC
+ Organize start of work for contractors on-site
+ Provide construction schedule input
+ Check of sequences of work linked to general construction work schedule
+ Check quality of work of subcontractors
+ Provide answer of questions by & to main/sub contractors
+ Assist during commissioning operations (dry and wet commissioning)
+ Check work acceptance documents upon completion of work

Anforderungen:

+ Degree in Mechanical and/or Process Engineering
+ Expertknowledge of Siemens S5 and S7
+ Expertknowledge of WinCC
+ Several years of experience in construction work
+ Good skills in work organisation and mechanical construction follow up
+ Good problem solving capabilities
+ Prepared to work 7 days a week (week end included)
+ Good communication capabilities; team spirit oriented
+ Good self working capabilities
+ Good knowledge of experienced in PC handling (MS-Office, MS-Project, etc)
+ Good knowledge of AutoCAD
+ Good knowledge of the English language (verbally & written) is a MUST
+ Good knowledge of the German language (verbally & written) is a NICE TO HAVE
