Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Depot Coordinator/Manager (m/w) Servicemanager in Marl
Aufgabe/Umfeld/Skill:
The purpose of the Depot Coordinator/Manager is to manage all local depot activities incl. ensuring the agreed stock levels for all CIs in scope.
This Role has following responsibilities:
Receive goods
Perform goods received check
Communicate and align with Customer
Perform ongoing inventory activities
Transport of goods from source to destination
Manages regular shipment reports and documentation
Deliver or collect CIs as required by individual Field Service WORK ORDERS
from and to depots, USERS or FS-Specialists
Take over and fulfill simple, pre-defined tasks within the range of
responsibilities for the FS-Specialists, for which largely only logistic context
is required (e.g. resolving an Incident by delivering a replacement CI
and collecting the defect CI).
Ensure that CIs impacted by logistic WORK ORDERS AND required for
SERVICE CASES (HPSM)in progress are correctly dispatched or available for
Field Service staff
Processing ad-hoc transport SRs initiated by FS organization
Initiate transport requests (WORK ORDERS), if required
Entering or updating information in Service Request record
Updating the CUSTOMER’s CMDB (Arbis) as required
Coordinating the hand-over between Depot staff and FS-Specialist or vice versa
Coordinating the hand-over between Depot staff and USER or vice versa
Register new purchase orders for the CI types in scope in CMDB
Track delivery
Manage handling of goods received
Receive and process shipment bills
Ensure check of goods received is performed
Handle delivery reclamations
Update stock information
Handle cases of stock shortage or deviation
Manage demand and consumption
Ensure order triggering information is up-to-date
Issue inventory inquiries
Set up and coordinate stocks inventory (ongoing and periodic)
Issues transport requests (WORK ORDERS), if required
Coordinate out-of-premise disposals
Escalate SERVICES CASES based on provisions made
Helping to increase the SHIFT-TO-LEFT potential by identifying cases
(e.g. WORK ORDERS usually performed by FS-Specialists which can
be alternatively covered by LOG-Ops) and reporting these to the FS-Analyst
