Create High Level SW Project Plan
Create, prioritize & maintain Product Backlog (Epics, Stories)
Convey vision, goals to Scrum Team
Planning and development of resources
Manage external/internal Change Request
Interface with Customer (OEM, Program Teams)
Responsibility of success of project and costumer representation
Coordination and surface with costumer
Feedback to Program Team on Software Readiness
Lead program's software quote
Organization and facilitation of workshops
Synchronization between sub-products, maximize reuse
Respect quality requirements of the Software Design Process
Qualification profile
At least 5 years' experience in the automotive industry in the field of software
development internally and with the customer. Leading Engineering Activities is must
Scrum experience and awareness
Working in distributed team environment
Study of electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent qualification - Master Degree
Appropriate work experience in the field of Embedded software
Good German and English skills
MS Office Skills
Independently working and communication strong team player
