EUC Support Engineer (L3 Support)

NextLink Solutions need to hire a Support Engineer for a crucial and very complex project, where all your expertise within the support arena will be maximised.

This key and critical project will utilise your key primary skill set where you will serve as a central point of contact to complete end user and management requests using key level of understanding within:

  • Skype for Business,
  • EMC San Storage,
  • SCCM Software Packaging & Development.
  • Support on Windows applications,
  • Network Connectivity,
  • User Accounts,
  • Network Printing and any other Hardware/Software issues

Having experience in a Windows 7 & 10 environment key skills will encompass:

  • End user support - 80% (Support & Troubleshooting, Client/Customer Support, Hardware/Software Maintenance & Patching).
  • Documentation and Inventory - 20%

English and German language required.
