Aufgaben:

Currently we are searching for a Construction Manager (m/f) - MSR.

Your tasks:
+ Review scope of contractors, main layout; check materials storage and materials
deliveries; follow up of contractors planning; understand process functionality.
+ Review method statements and risks assessment provided by the main contractors
and confirm compliance with local construction & safety rules
+ Organize start of work for contractors on-site
+ Check materials deliveries based on contractors information
+ Provide construction schedule input
+ Assure safe working practices in all of his areas of responsibility
+ Assure on-time availability of tools & equipment (e.g.: crane, lift truck, materials)
+ Check of sequences of work linked to general construction work schedule
+ Check construction work in relation to P&ID's
+ Check quality of work (mainly piping layout, piping welding, machinery assembly)
+ Check accessibility to equipment (platforms, stairs, ladders)
+ Provide answer of questions by & to main/sub contractors
+ Assist during commissioning operations (dry and wet commissioning)
+ Check work acceptance documents upon completion of work

Anforderungen:

+ Degree in Mechanical and/or Process Engineering
+ Several years of experience in construction work
+ Good skills in work organisation and mechanical construction follow up
+ Good problem solving capabilities
+ Prepared to work 7 days a week (week end included)
+ Good communication capabilities; team spirit oriented
+ Good self working capabilities
+ Good knowledge of experienced in PC handling (MS-Office, MS-Project, etc)
+ Good knowledge of AutoCAD
+ Good knowledge of the English language (verbally & written) is a MUST

+ Good knowledge of the German language (verbally & written) is a NICE TO HAVE
