For our client in Munich we are currently looking for a BMC Remedy Support (m/f).
Aufgaben:
- Installs, configures, and customizes software solutions using the BMC Remedy Action Request System
(ARS) platform
- Installs, configures, and customizes software solutions using the BMC Remedy IT Service
Management ITSM) Applications
- Performs ARS Server and ITSM Applications upgrades and applies patches
- Leverages the software development lifecycle to design, build, test, and implement solutions based
on customers’ requirements
- Assists in defining user requirements within the Remedy ITSM client applications
- Designs and provides software solutions in ARS ensuring the process flow of the Remedy ITSM
modules
- Documents coding changes to be used for test and migration plans
- Troubleshoots software bugs using client and server logging
- Packages coding changes for releases so code to be migrated between the applicable environments,
e.g., development, test, training, and production
- Provides the Operations and Maintenance Team system support, as needed
- Performs standard administration system configuration
- Works as part of a team on client engagements
Skills:
- 3 or more years experience with design, configuration, development and support of Remedy.
- Experience with Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management and Problem
Management/Resolution.
- Experience with custom Remedy workflow to meet specified requirements
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills related to resolving software design issues.
- Knowledge of ITIL Framework and best practice processes
- German and English language
