Windows Server Support Specialist
For one of my globally leading tech clients we urgently need a Windows Server Support Specialist for a minimum 1 year project in Germany. Have a look at the JD below and if you think it's for you, please do send your CV as soon as possible.
Key Skills & Experience:
German language skills
VBScript, Windows PowerShell,Database: MS Access, SQL
Very good knowledge of Windows installations in general
Very good knowledge from Windows Server 2003/2K8/2k12 and other versions
Good knowledge of MS Active Directory
Knowledge of MS SQL Server, MS IIS
Very good Hardware knowledge particularly in regard to hardware driversVery good knowledge of virtualization (VMWare (must) and Citrix (desirable)
Good knowledge Windows general infrastructure in run and Implementation exrcises
Very good knowledge (years of experience) in VB Scripts (scripts & programs)
Test support for change and projects
.Incident Management (ITIL)
.Change Management
.Problem Analysis and solving
.Performance- and Capacity Management of Systems
.Incident- and Problem handling as well as organization and implementation of technical changes
.Contribution to projects covering implementation of new Application Systems
.Integration of Application Systems into high-availability solutions
.Production assurance, integration of Application Systems into central Monitoring- and Security services
