T4S Solutions have a urgent long term contractopportunity for an Online Support Engineer with a leading storage company based Germany.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will provide Technical Support at the customer site, technical expertise and hands-on support to keep the product environments running smoothly. The OSE must have in-depth expertise on both hardware and software Brocade products and provides Full time onsite support services.
Requirements:
Proven experience of providing support through-out their last three roles and be certified, with one of the following certifications: (BCFA) (BCFP) (BATSS) (BCSM)
BA/BS technical degree or equivalent experience.
