T4S have a fantastic opportunity currently for an online Support Engineer with a leading storage company based Germany.
The ideal candidate will provide Technical Support at the customer site, technical expertise and hands-on support to keep the product environments running smoothly. The OSE must have in-depth expertise on both hardware and software products and provides Full time onsite support services.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience of providing support through-out their last three roles and be certified, with one of the following certifications: (BCFA) (BCFP) (BATSS) (BCSM)
