Job Title: Telecom Business Analyst
Job Type: Contract

Work Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Mandatory skills:
The candidate should have experience in telecommunication domain
The candidate must have proven experience of facing business user, Driving requirement workshops, and implemented requirement management/requirement governance processes in 1-2 projects/accounts.
The candidate must have worked in one or more of the following products as hands on implementation:
SalesForce.Com
Sigma
Callidus
Pega
BigMachines
The candidate must have implemented any or multiple of the above COTS products for 5 or more telecommunication clients:
The candidate must have clear understanding of the areas of
Lead and opportunity management
Order 2 Cash/Order Management
Order fulfillment
Sales Incentives Management/Commissioning
Campaign Management/Next Best activity
Online Sales & Service
The candidate should have German proficiency in both Speaking & Written communication
The candidate must be aware of telecommunication standards like eTOM, TAM & SID
The candidates must be team player and comfortable to work in on-shore-offshore model.
The candidate able to support testing team for review & sufficiency
Optional Skills:
The candidate should be aware of the best practices for the COTS products he has used previously.
The candidate should be able to work in multiple areas in different projects .
