Experience: 5 to 10 years in IT including 3+ years on PLM hands on tools and support activities (deployment support, user support etc)
Job description:
Receiving incoming requests from users, analysing and to provide relevant answers to the users
Provide a weekly dashboard Per department and Per tool in coordination with the AH responsible
Coordinate resources, investments, activities, in coordination with the AH responsible
Report and actively manage risks, in order to secure the OTD, OTC, OTQ (On Time Delivery, Cost & Quality)
Define methods and user guidelines,
Coordinate & providing relevant answers to the users for their requests
Prepare with the Method/training definition, Specification of a tools, Data analysis
