Software Engineer (m/w) ID 29999

• Zeitraum: February 2017 or sooner - 30. April 2017
• Volumen: 526 Stunden Onsite, 24 Stunden remote
• Projektstandort: Essen

Please note: all communication and profiles must be in English. CVs in German will not be considered.
Target start date: February 2017 or sooner. Initial contract for 3 months with the possibility to extend.

Tasks:
• All aspects of the Software (SW) Engineering Lifecycle using Agile methodologies
• Framework and Application Development
• Ensure that the Software developed has unit tests and API documentation
• Software Development tools to include are Jenkins, GIT, Redmine, and IDEs
• Develop Software in Scala, Java, javaScript, SQL and various frameworks of strong preference
• Develop applications that interact with Database Servers, Real time streams, Mongo/noSQL frameworks

Skills:
• Relevant experience or degree in Information Technology, Software Development, Engineering
• Experienced in professional Agile Software Development with a good track record of successful projects
• Profound knowledge of Software Engineering with best practices and current industry trends
• Ability to work in a ‘start up’ environment with changing requirements
• Capable of working in an intercultural environment with remote teams
• Good communications skills and team spirit
• Clear, focus thinker with the ability to execute on priorities
• Business Fluent in English, German nice to have
