For one of our clients we are urgently looking for a Cisco Specialist
Target of tasks:
- Cisco expert for SPOC (Single point of contact) for Cisco core Routers - 1st level of troubleshooting.
Main tasks:
- Take the incident trouble ticket via call, via email or others for Cisco devices
- First troubleshooting and investigation of the trouble ticket
- Analysis and description of the problem
- Handover in case necessary to Field Organization or escalation to TAC2.
Required skills:
- Cisco core Routers - good to have
- German language - fluent
- CCNP certification - nice to have
Start: January
Duration: 6-12 months+ (night/weekend on call shifts possible)
