We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunication company, for a SmartCare SOC/CEM Solution Architect to join their project in Germany.


Position Title: SmartCare SOC/CEM Solution Architect
Position Type: CONTRACT
Start Date: January 2017
Duration: 3 month (rolling)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design and implementations of Service Operation Center organization, personnel, business process, SLA&OLA in CEM solution O&M system by joint cooperation with customers.
- Responsible for communicating with customer on SQM (Service Quality Management) solutions, Collecting and analyzing customer requirements for defining competitive product specifications for SQM/CEM (Customer Experience Management) system.


Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Proficient in Operator Grade documents preparation
- Experience of working within network operator (Network Operation, Marketing P&S)
- Knowledge of Network Operator organization models, service development life cycle, value chain
- Knowledge of standard operational frameworks (eTOM, ITIL, and others)
- Experience of working into operations (NOC, SOC)
- Experienced processes expert
- Expert in performance KPI definition
- Knowledge of main processes (IM, SPM, KM)
- Excellent English skills, both in oral and writing.
